Service Description
We understand that caregiving can be exhausting, isolating, and can lead to burnout. Our senior respite club provides a supportive environment where caregivers can reclaim social connections and prepare for the unexpected. With limited spots available (6-8 persons per session), appointments are required to ensure a personalized experience. Participants can enjoy a variety of activities such as bingo, painting, music, book readings, board games, and movies. Our facility is conveniently located on the first floor, with a ramp for easy access for those using walkers or wheelchairs. Please note that participants must be able to use the restroom independently, and medications should be administered by the caretaker before arriving. We offer both morning (8-11 am) and afternoon (1-4 pm) sessions biweekly on Tuesday and Thursday. While snacks are available for purchase, participants are welcome to bring their own.

Cancellation Policy
Respite Care Booking Policy Eligibility: -Participants must be able to use the restroom independently. -Participants must have no history of physical violence or 504 plans. -We have a zero tolerance for bullying, sexual harassment, constant aggression, physical violence, drugs, alcohol or Tabacco use. These behaviors will result in dismissal from the club. -All medications should be administered by the caretaker before arrival. Booking Process: -Appointments are required and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person. Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled session for full refund. -Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a $20 cancellation fee. This fee will be subtracted from your refund. -Cancellations made less than 12 hours are nonrefundable. Session Availability: -Sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday for seniors, and every other Saturday for children (Children have Sunday options by request with a min of two participants). -Each session can accommodate a limited number of participants (6-8 persons). Check-In and Check-Out: -Participants should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled session for check-in. -Caregivers must provide contact information and be reachable during the session. -Participants must be picked up promptly at the end of the session. Health and Safety: -Participants showing symptoms of illness should not attend the session. -Any prescribed medications should be given before arrival or after pickup. -All participants are required to follow safety guidelines and protocols as set by the facility. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all fees are processed online. A late pickup fee will be applied if the participant is not collected within 10 minutes after the session ends. A charge of $1 per minute will be incurred for every additional minute beyond the scheduled pickup time. This additional fee must be settled prior to booking any future sessions. Snacks and Meals: Meals are not provided, however do offer complimentary bottled water and popcorn, but participants may bring their own unperishable snack. Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Implementing these policies will help ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone involved!
